Trail Mix Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 3 tbsp chia seed
- 1 tbsp blonde flax seed
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp flaked almond
- 1 tbsp pecan pieces
- 1 tbsp walnut pieces
Instructions
- Once all the ingredients have been measured, mix them together
- Let it set for a couple of minutes so the chia seeds act with the water
- And enjoy!
